About Us
Established in April of 2017, ICUBAcares was created to ensure patients could be assisted with their medication needs. Our white-glove concierge service was a unique way to help patients that were unsure on how to navigate the insurance landscape with regards to their medications.

The dedicated team at ICUBAcares focuses on supporting ICUBA members in effectively managing their pharmacy benefits. We offer our expertise and guidance so that members like you, can maximize the value of your pharmacy benefit plan.

Our mission is to advocate on behalf of ICUBA members to ensure they receive the most appropriate and cost-effective medications. As advocates, we work directly with members, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to address medication-related concerns and optimize the member's medication therapy.
As pharmacists, we are driven by our passion to equip you with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge you need to get the right care, at the right time, and at the right cost.

What are the Four Pillars?
Prior Authorization Assistance
ICUBAcares provides guidance and assistance if one of your medications requires prior authorization. Our expertise can improve the chances of obtaining approval for medications that have been denied due to prior authorization.
Medication Therapy Management
You can contact a member of the ICUBAcares team to schedule an appointment to complete a full medication review, with a personalized medication plan, and ongoing support.
Medication Adherence Assistance
An ICUBAcares Pharmacist can help you learn to take your medication consistently and correctly. Medication adherence assistance can take different forms, including; medication reminders, using mobile apps or other online services, and patient education.
Formulary Management Assistance
It is important to be persistent in seeking solutions and alternatives, but sometimes you need an advocate in your corner. Our team will help you stay informed by helping you navigate the details of your pharmacy benefits and formulary changes. ​
